Sept 14, 2005 - The Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF) held a special awards ceremony to celebrate the first group of systems to comply with it's global Carrier Ethernet service definitions. The ceremony took place at the 2005 Carrier Ethernet World Congress, Berlin, in the presence of Nan Chen, President and Director of the MEF, while the certificates were presented by Bob Mandeville, President and Founder of Iometrix, the company responsible for the conformance testing.
